By December in Spain the streets are already decorated, and there is a totally different feel, the spirit of Christmas filling it up little by little. And although Christmas is not the same everywhere in Spain, each region has its own traditions, all of them equally appealing.
At Closeteachers we know that many of you enjoy taking days off in the Christmas period. But in addition to coming together with family, cooking up festive delicacies and make the most of this time of year, there are people who like to go away for a few days, to visit another country, like for example Spain even including doing a Spanish course. Well, it is a fantastic idea! Visit Spain during the Christmas period; discover its cities full of lights and colour, taste the classic Christmas sweets and join in the most authentic traditions.
And clearly, learn Spanish! Many schools we work with remain open during the Christmas holidays and will continue to offer their Spanish courses to provide for all the Spanish students that don’t want to lose any of their language skills during this very special time. Often these courses organise special cultural activities as well, such as watching Christmas concerts or visiting Nativity scenes.
