We organise summer camps for groups of schoolchildren aged 12 and older. This course combines total immersion in the Spanish language with various activities such as water sports, culture, gastronomy, orienteering and fishing.

We place a special emphasis on the communicative aspects of the language such as comprehension and oral expression. We always look to apply these skills to real life situations.

Accommodation

In Santiago you can choose between a selection of accommodation:

Host families: The best way to get to know the daily life, culture and customs of the country, as well as learning and practicing the language. You can choose between full and half board accommodation.

Student residence: It is located 10 minutes’ walk from the School. You can choose between individual and double rooms. Bathrooms are shared. All of the rooms have a desk, wardrobe, TV and internet connection. There is also a daily cleaning service; towels and bedsheets are provided.

Shared apartment: Single or double rooms, fitted out with desks and heating. There is a washing machine and kitchen. There is a cleaning service for the communal areas; bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, once a week. The students should clean their own rooms. The apartment comes with towels and bedsheets. Between 4 and 6 people share each flat.

Individual apartment: This is an option for students who prefer independence.

Santiago is the final destination of the Way of Saint James. The Way of Saint James came into existence as a pilgrimage route in the 9th century and, since then, has united this city with the rest of Europe. Each year thousands upon thousands of pilgrimages experience this hike which mixes adventure with spirituality, which comes to an end at the Cathedral of Santiago, in one of the sacred cities of Christianity.

In Santiago gastronomy is art. The offering of restaurants and eateries is quite spectacular, with prices to fit every budget, but one thing in common; quality. Without a doubt you will eat well in this city. We recommend local products, especially the seafood, fish and beef.
