The DELE exams can be taken in any level: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. As well as being able to select the most appropriate level, according to your skills, the DELE exams present a prestigious qualification for your CV, recognised by Instituto Cervantes and the Spanish government.

Language learning levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR):
A1- Beginners level; the candidate is able to get by in daily, basic situations. It constitutes an introduction to the Spanish speaking world.
A2- Students who reach this level are comfortable in daily scenarios such as shopping and introducing yourself.
B1- Candidates should be capable of writing simple texts about familiar subjects or themes of interest.
B2- Those who reach B2 level communicate with fluidity with native Spanish speakers and can also produce more abstract texts.
C1- This level demands the ability to read between the lines and identify hidden meanings, with clear structuring and clarity in both spoken and written expression.
C2- A student who achieves this level in Spanish is, effectively, no longer a student. C2 level speakers shouldn’t encounter problems when communicating or reading texts. They should have a very broad vocabulary that stretches to cultured, technical and scientific terms.
