When you book a language course with Closeteachers, you enter into a contract with that specific language school. This means that if you cancel, you will be subject to the cancellation fee system of that specific school. Aside from the cancellation fee charged by the school, Closeteachers will not charge any additional cancellation fees, unless you cancel less than 4 weeks before your course starts. If you cancel your course less than four weeks before it starts, an additional cancellation fee of 50 Euros will apply.
Generally, with most language schools, if you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance, they will not charge any cancellation fees, or they may just charge the enrolment fee, which you paid as part of your tuition fees.
Is it possible to change my course or accommodation after I have completed the online registration form?
It terms of changes, different schools have different policies. Closeteachers will not charge you any extra fees to make changes, and we will try to accommodate the changes you request as best as we can.
Please take note that if the changes lower the price of the course by more than 30% it will be considered a partial cancellation and you will then be required to pay a cancellation fee.
